Robbie's Fireworks began in 1972 when he and his two older brothers started selling fireworks out of the back of a pickup truck in Utica, MS. As the years went on Robbie continued to to sell fireworks. In 1984 Robbie and wife Sherry sold fireworks on July 4th for the first year out of a "Cracker box stand". They mainly just sold on New Years eve, but they had such a great turn out on July 4th they decided to continue to sell on both seasons. Towards the early 90's they expanded their business to Byram, MS and started selling out of large tents. In 2006 Robbie bought a large warehouse building for his growing business. 2009 Robbie & Sherry have 20 firework locations and still growing with every season. Robbie & Sherry also have a number of other business they have added along the way like their Rental business they began when they started using tents for their fireworks business.
